Audition for MNBC

If you are interested in auditioning please check our calendar page for the nearest date. If there is no scheduled date, but you would prefer to audition in-person, please feel free to contact us via email or by using our contact button. 

Audition attire:

Ballet apparel, bring both ballet shoes and pointe shoes. 

Note: You will be asked to submit a Google Form ahead of the audition. Please bring a printed copy of your headshot and first arabesque photo. You are welcome to arrive at the studio up to 30 minutes prior the audition to warm up. 

You will be notified of your audition status no more than 10 business days following your audition. We will follow-up with you regardless of acceptance.

Video auditions may be submitted throughout the year. Please include barre, center, and pointe work, as well as any other relevant videos (performance clips or choreography samples). Please keep video submissions under 15 minutes. To ensure that your video is viewable to us, please post as public or unlisted. 

To submit your audition:

2. Send us an email to alert us of your submission

You will be notified of your audition status no more than 10 business days after the submission of your video and subsequent email. We will follow-up with you regardless of acceptance. Depending on MNBC's performance schedule at the time of acceptance, you may be asked to join immediately, or we may set a start date in the future.
